SCR was established in 1983, and has been a leader in the growth of
northwest Florida having been a part of some of the most aggressive, innovative and existing projects in the panhandle. Some
of these projects include:

|
Northwest
Florida Beaches International Airport:
The first airport built since 9-11, and SCR was there from the beginning to the end of construction. Having
had the privilege of working with all 3 of the prime contractors on site and 18 sub-contractors and the Airport themselves
as the progress continues. During the construction phase of the first international airport built in over 20 years, SCR was
the only surveyor on this project through its completion in May 2010. From wetlands delineation and protection; to runway,
building and parking lot layout; from construction layout and volume calculations of the ponds; to stormwater & utility
as-builts; and many other tasks in between and since, SCR is proud to have been a part of this great project.

|
Pier Park of Panama City Beach: Now one
of the Panhandles finest shopping locations, but SCR can remember when it was just a large vacant tract of land. The
firm worked with the developer to create the parcels of land along with the necessary easements to be able to sell
it to its current owners. SCR also worked with the new owners and the contractors to create and put on the ground
this fabulous facility.

Wonder
Works of Panama City Beach: SCR was charged with the unique task of performing an as-built
survey of one the world's most unusual buildings, inside and out. Not only is the building upside down, there are practically
no parallel walls in it. The staff of SCR was up for the challenge and passed with somewhat dizzy but flying colors.

Tyndall
Air Force Base: SCR is proud to have been involved in many projects at Tyndall throughout our 28 years
of service.

Mowat Highlands
Ph. 2 – 12 A village within the City of Lynn Haven, SCR
performed the Civil Design and all of the surveying of Phases 2-12 for Marlen Developers, Mr. Marvin McCain, developer and
the Mowat Family. Their Scottish parents came to Lynn Haven via Canada on Christmas week 1913, the Mowat's Dairy was across
the street. Mowat Middle School is Jim Mowat's namesake and Mosley High School named their Performing Arts Building after
Mr. Marvin McCain, their first principal. SCR felt honored to be a integral part of this great project and it's legacy.
